dear having monday and tuesday off,

recently i was given the choice of having the weekend off instead. but you know...i just had to say no. because there is something so amazingly satisfying about waking up and lying lazy in bed when all the monday thru friday 9-5 suckers are getting their asses up and going back to work. today when i left my apartment eventually (after lying in bed for an hour just "resting my eyes") to get dunkin donuts, it was so quiet on the streets and glowy sunny and i thought now this is what i'm talking about. no weekend crowded streets. i later sat in the sun in my chair with my cat rolling around on the rug and sipped coffee and read the papes whilst watching some electricity guys fix stuff on the building behind mine. suckers.
