dear all the annoying bills we as adults have to pay, all the time spent talking to customer service reps on the phone, all the mistakes the big companies make constantly that we have to spend precious hours of our lives trying to correct only to find out they weren't fixed, all the ways they try screwing you over, all the ways they try to squeeze every little penny out of you at the expense of respect and dignity, all the things we have to deal with that are so the opposite of living,
